How to Reset a Gree Electric Washing Machines (Hard Reset Procedure)

Turn off the Gree Electric unit using the Power button.

Disconnect the main power plug from the electrical wall receptacle (or switch off the dedicated circuit breaker in the panel).

While power is disconnected, press and hold down the 'Start/Pause' (or 'Power') button for 10-15 seconds to discharge residual electricity stored in the control board capacitors.

Wait an additional 5 minutes with the power disconnected.

Reconnect the power plug firmly into the wall outlet.

Turn the machine back on and initiate a short rinse or test cycle without items to confirm the error code is cleared.
